The mission of the Women's Auxiliary is to assist in the continuance, expansion, and success of Morning Star Catholic School, helping them to provide academic, social, and spiritual development for special needs children.
The Morning Star Catholic School Auxiliary was created in 1962 by a group of ten committed women who saw an important need for a fundraising group to help the school in its efforts to educate children with special needs. With fundraising goals in mind, the Auxiliary held their first Morning Star Catholic School Auxiliary Fashion Show and Luncheon. Today, many of those same women are still an important part of the Auxiliary, and the fashion show remains one of the main special events for the school. Today, our Auxiliary is more than two hundred members strong. In addition to hosting the premier fashion show event in Central Florida, the Auxiliary sponsors a noteworthy fall fundraiser. Other events the Auxiliary supports in addition to the fashion show are: Children's Boutique, luncheons for our members with guest speakers, Santa's Elves Shoppe for the Morning Star Catholic students to do their holiday shopping, and Star Bazaar which is the vendor shopping day.

Membership to the Morning Star Catholic Women's Auxiliary is an annual contribution of $25, with a reduced rate of $20 for Senior Citizens.
We understand that not all of our members can be "active" each year. Membership in our Auxiliary requires nothing more than your dues and support, whether actively serving on one of the committees, supporting our fundraisers, or simply keeping Morning Star Catholic in your prayers.
