Staff Member: Renae Dier
Ms. Dier graduated with a Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida Southern College. She worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years as an auditor. In 2018, she obtained her Professional Teaching Certificate from the Florida Department of Education and is certified to teach Exceptional Student Education grades K-12, Elementary Education, and Pre-Kindergarten/Primary Education. Currently, Ms. Dier is working towards an Autism Graduate Certificate from the University of Florida and recently obtained a Registered Behavior Certificate. Prior to coming to Morning Star Catholic, Ms. Dier worked for Orange County Public Schools as an Autistic/Exceptional Student Education Teacher. Ms. Dier loves spending time with her family, including her two Shih Tzus, Semi and Nola. She has one son and is a grandmother of 17-month old identical twin girls. She loves MSC because "it feels like a second family." Ms. Dier believes that children with special needs come into our lives, leave footprints on our hearts, and impact us in ways that we could never have imagined.
