Welcome and thank you for your interest in Morning Star Catholic School!

Our school is founded in Catholic tradition and committed to providing each student with special needs the opportunity to discover their gifts and achieve their personal best as children of God. All of our students have a diagnosed disability.

Before admission our staff MUST be notified of any existing behavior challenges and or plans that exist for the prospective student. Students considered for admission must be able to independently handle all their toileting and personal hygiene needs. If a student needs assistance in these areas it must be addressed and planned prior to admission.

All newly accepted students will begin school on a 90-day trial basis. This allows additional time for us to determine if we will be able to successfully assist your child and meet their needs here at Morning Star Catholic School.

No child has ever been turned away from Morning Star Catholic school because of race, religious preference, or an inability to pay.

Morning Star Catholic School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Morning Star Catholic School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Morning Star Catholic School’s tuition is not based on a selection of individual services. Required fees support the comprehensive services integrated into the MSC educational program, including Speech and Language Therapy, Behavior Analysis, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) support, our on-campus nurse, and our security team. These services benefit students individually while also contributing to a positive, supportive, and productive learning environment for all students.

Please Note: MSC seeks to provide tuition assistance for families with a documented need. We encourage families to apply for tuition assistance programs. We currently accept FES-UA scholarship from either Step-Up-For-Students or AAA.

Any difference between the awarded scholarship or financial aid and stated tuition is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

Tuition is paid through FACTS, which charges a yearly administration fee. All families are required to register for FACTS Tuition Management at factsmgt.com and maintain an active account in good standing.

Morning Star Catholic School is more than just a school, it’s a place that truly feels right for our son and family. The teachers and staff are caring and thoughtful, creating an environment where our son feels valued, accepted, and excited to go every day. He’s built meaningful friendships with his classmates, and the Best Buddies program with Bishop Moore has been such a gift; connecting him to an even wider, supportive community. Morning Star has helped our son’s confidence grow, and we feel incredibly grateful to be part of a school that nurtures not just learning, but also belonging.

Happy Students, Happy Parents

We’ve been at Morning Star for about four years now, and our daughter is truly thriving. We love the small, intimate setting—it feels safe, and the staff is incredibly caring. One of the things our daughter enjoys most is the opportunity to regularly connect with her peers at Bishop Moore. Those peer interactions are a big part of why she loves going to school each day.
